MIGRAINES FINAL SOLUTION IS A TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY EIGHT-PAGE BOOK ABOUT MIGRAINE PREVENTION. You can stop the pain and have no more headaches. The best testimony about this book is from Laura.
For Wayne Marsonette: You have changed my life and the lives of generations to come. Thank you for the hours of conversation. Those have been so dear to me. I have had migraines for as long as I can remember. If you have ever had a migraine, you know what pain and agony you go through. You would be willing to try anything to get rid of these debilitating headaches. The tools in this book have saved me from much of the agony. Before I began using the techniques discussed in this book, I was having two to three migraines A WEEK! Sometimes, the migraine would get so intense that it would send me to the hospital. It happened so often the local hospital staff almost knew me by name. The pain resulting from my migraines was almost unmanageable. The only thing that would even come close to giving any form of aide was heavy pain medications, which come with a long list of side effects. Over the years, I have had many tests to evaluate the cause and to try to find a form of treatment but without success. I tried the normal treatments—migraine medicines, increased my water intake, got at least eight hours of sleep and watched what I ate, none of which corrected the problem.
I can now say my migraines are in the past. Since using these techniques, I have not had a full-blown migraine or the daily headaches that I once had. Not only have these techniques eliminated most of my headaches, but also I have applied it to other areas of my life and seen fantastic results. One of the triggers for my migraines is tension, so when I get that feeling and my muscles start to tense up, I just say “NO” and the feeling subsides. I have headed off many potential headaches/migraines this way. With all of the chaos going on in this world of ours, I think everyone could benefit from the ideas in this book. They certainly are helpful for me in dealing with day-to-day stress. Laura Parmenter
